‘Brothers of the Night - Patric Chiha’

Soft boys by day, kings by night. The film follows a group of young Bulgarian Roma who come to Vienna looking for freedom and a quick buck. They sell their bodies as if that’s all they had.... Between documentary and dramatization, Brothers of the Night is a hybrid film, a fascinating and unexpected work with echoes of Fassbinder and Kenneth Anger, which brilliantly captures the dark poetry of survival and the solidarity between these ostracised foreigners.
