The ‘most influential jazz pianist of the last two decades’ (The New York Times), who recently received his first Grammy for his album Finding Gabriel, returns to Bozar for a solo recital. With the greatest of ease, this musical chameleon blends jazz with pop, rock and classical music. Mehldau never fails to astonish with his surprising improvisational skills and technical mastery. His ability to play two totally different melodies simultaneously remains a mystery to many. The fantastic acoustics of the Henry Le Boeuf Hall will do great justice to his talents, right down to the finest detail.
