The International Opera Academy only has eyes for one thing: preparing young talents for the professional music world. They are intensively trained by teachers with international experience in the domain of repertoire, language and acting with a special focus on musicology and dramaturgy. The International Opera Academy is established in Ghent and collaborates with various major European opera houses, including Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, la Monnaie, the Aalto-Musiktheater in Essen and the Spanish Ópera de Oviedo.
