‘Bozar All Over the P(a)lace - October’

31 Oct.'24
- 18:00

In October, Bozar teams up with Ancienne Belgique to welcome to Brussels the rock, fashion, and screen icon: Kim Gordon. This is an opportunity to awaken the underground spirit of the palace and make some noise!

Kim Gordon's influence in the arts reflects the iconoclastic and multidisciplinary artist she is. The Nocturne surrounding her concert in the Henry Le Bœuf hall embodies this lineage and brings together shape-shifting artists who, like her, are skilled in blending styles and artistic practices. The duo of artists Eve Stainton and Florence Peaker unite visual arts and performance. Their collaboration explores the expressive potential of queer bodies through intimacy, touch, and collective reappropriation, resonating with the exhibition Love is Louder. The exhibition circuit Rotor. Entangled Matter will also be open to the public. The versatile percussionist Valentina Magaletti cultivates rhythmic territories with various techniques, which she will showcase at Bozar in different spaces of the palace. She will provide an after-show following Kim Gordon's concert with a guest.
