‘BEvocaL’

BEvocaL offers young Belgian singers the opportunity to develop their talents. Born of the collaboration between the three linguistic communities of Belgium, this choir is an ambassador of choral music and Belgian traditions, at home and abroad. Since its creation, BEvocaL has given numerous concerts all over the country. Artistic director Maria van Nieukerken is assisted by Joris Derder in developing BEvocaL’s diverse classical and contemporary repertoire, which is characterised by an original and sometimes unexpected use of the stage.
