Frank Braley, who quietly won the Queen Elisabeth Competition back in 1991, is the star of the show in the blues and jazz influenced Piano Concerto in G by Ravel. This is followed by an orchestral sampling from the second half of the 19th (Wagner, Strauss) and first half of the 20th centuries (Debussy).
