In the V01CES concert, the tension between the human aspect and technology, which not only produces the voice, but also amplifies, bends and changes it in manifold ways, is brought to the fore. Seven composers and one duo explore this exciting area in a diverse and idiosyncratic number of ways. With music by Calvo, De Laet, Kim, Kupper, Profanter, Todoroff, Tympocaïne 200 and Veulemans we are given an impressive array of contemporary Belgian electroacoustic music. The voice resounds and rebounds as never before!
