BOZAR enjoys savouring the future of classic music early on Sunday afternoons. And it involves home grown talent this time around. Last year Klara crowned Belgian clarinettist Annelien Van Wauwe as its promising young artist of 2015. In the same year the BBC nominated her as a ‘New Generation Artist’, a prestigious award which gives young artists a springboard to an international career. She studied under renowned soloist Sabine Meyer and won the prestigious Internationaler Musikwettbewerb der ARD München. She joins pianist Nino Gvetadze on these BOZAR SUNDAYS to play pieces by Claude Debussy, Francis Poulenc, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms.
