‘Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin & Kit Armstrong’

For Kit Armstrong, interpreting a piece means combining the pleasure of a technical challenge with a constant quest for musicality, so pairing him with Mozart was an obvious choice. He will perform the solo of the Viennese composer’s Piano Concerto No. 9, the Jeunehomme. This early work was dedicated to Miss Jeunehomme, although its title may suggest something different (it means “young man” in French).
