A Brancusi-inspired workshop for all generations

Visit Studio Brancusi as part of the EUROPALIA Brancusi exhibition at BOZAR, Brussels. Workshops are supervised by ABC guides.

ABC (Art Basics for Children) is a ‘laboratory for aesthetic experiences and awareness’. With projects at the intersection of art and education, ABC aims to sharpen the imagination of children and adults and stimulate their creativity. ABC guides take school groups, children and their families in tow through the exhibition. What makes Brancusi so special? And how did he manage to radically change the art of sculpture? All to be discovered at ABC-STUDIO BRANCUSI, which forms a separate, educational playground where young and old can browse through books, explore and discover the sculptor within themselves. There are also interactive game and workstations, a storytelling podium and DIY installations.

“Things are not difficult to make; what is difficult is putting ourselves in the state of mind to make them" - Constantin Brancusi
