‘21:00 Anteloper’

​​​​​​​Anteloper represents the electronic marriage of trumpet, drums and synthesizers. Jazz trumpet player Jaimie Branch (familiar from her own band Fly or Die) and drummer Jason Nazary (Darius Jones, Noah K) have been creating their own, unique sound since meeting at the New England Conservatory of Music in 2002. The result: rhythmic passages, telepathic improvisations and unusual soundscapes. The debut album Kudu –groovy and weird in equal measures – was released this year by the International Anthem Recording Company. The duo has appeared at such international jazz festivals as We Jazz (Helsinki) and Pioneer Works (New York) and now for the first time in Belgium!
