‘Cappella Mariana, Goeyvaerts String Trio & Elionor Martinez Lara’

This summer, the Czech Republic took over the Presidency of the Council of the European Union from France. The perfect moment for Bozar to put the cultural wealth of this country in the spotlight.  As such, Cappella Mariana, Goeyvaerts String Trio, organetto player Catalina Vicens and soprano Elionor Martinez Lara create a concert in which only Belgian and Czech artists, as well as old and new music from various genres and styles, come together. The programme also includes a Belgian premiere: Maria Je by one of the Czech Republic's leading contemporary composers, Martin Smolka, will be performed for the first time.
