Enjoy your lazy Sunday at Bozar

This cine-concert of the legendary 1922 film set to music by Anne Paceo is an invitation to escape, an ode to surrealism in short sound films for silent landscapes.

First screened in 1922, Robert Flaherty's Nanook of the North is often considered the first documentary ever, and has had a great influence on modern cinema. The film chronicles the daily life of Nanook the hunter and his family, Inuits from the Ungava region of Canada's far north in the 1920s. The film is shown as a ciné-concert and is accompanied by music by Anne Paceo. As a drummer and composer, this is her first introduction to "music to the picture," taking the stage with musicians Laura Perrudin and Tony Paeleman
